I had some free time, so what did I do?
I checked the computer to see if I'd heard from you!


I used to walk out to a box to retrieve mail.
But I'd rather get it instantly, than wait on the snail!
Checking my e-mail is always fun!
I usually get a joke or greeting from someone.
I feel so blessed because on the other end,
I know I've connected with a friend!
When I've had a hard day and need to share,
Here I can find a friend who will listen and care.
And to this friend I hope I've let them know
That I am always there for them also!

Isn't it a strange kind of bond we form?
It isn't exactly like the "norm"!
But, where is it written, face to face we must be,
For you to be a very good friend to me?? 


That little joke or note, or just a simple "Hi",
Could be like a ray of sunshine from the sky!
So my online pals, this is dedicated to you,
For all the smiles you have made anew!
May our friendship continue to grow,
And the warmth we feel continue to flow!

HUNGRY?  

Mario's Cafe in Warren Street , London , has a big breakfast for 10 pounds (about $16 Canadian). Eat it all in 20 minutes with no drink to wash it down and you get it free.
  




It's 10 eggs, 10 bacon strips, 10 sausage links, 10 pieces of toast, 5 black puddings (oh yum!!!!), tomatoes, beans and mushrooms.  No Chips !!!

The breakfast packs in 5,000 calories - nearly twice the recommended daily intake for an average man... A spokesman for the British Heart Foundation said: "Eating this amount in one sitting is not a good idea.".  

Seseorang melewati hutan dan melihat seekor serigala yang sudah lumpuh keempat kakinya. Ia ingin tahu bagai mana ia dapat bertahan hidup, dan berapa lama ia masih akan hidup. Lalu ia melihat seekor harimau perkasa datang dengan kijang hasil buruannya. Si harimau makan sepuasnya, lalu meninggalkan sisa bagi serigala. Demikian pula pada hari-hari berikutnya, Tuhan memberi serigala makan melalui perantara harimau yang sama. Orang itu pun mengagumi kebaikan Tuhan yang begitu besar, dan berkata dalam hati, “Aku juga akan menganggur saja di rumah dengan penuh kepercayaan pada Tuhan, karena Ia akan mencukupi segala kebutuhanku melalui perantaraNya.” Ia melakukan niatnya berhari-hari lamanya, namun tidak terjadi apa-apa, tidak ada perantara yang datang untuk mengasihani dia. Ketika orang ini hampir mati, terdengarlah suara, ”Hai engkau orang yang sesat, bukalah matamu pada kebenaran. Ikutilah teladan si harimau, dan berhentilah meneladan yang lumpuh!”

A girl and guy were speeding over 100 mph on the road... Girl: Slow down. Im scared. Guy: No this is fun. Girl: No its not. Please, its too scary! Guy: Then tell me you love me. Girl: Fine, I love you. Slow down! Guy: Now give me a BIG hug. *Girl hugs him* Guy: Can you take my helmet off & put it on yourself? Its bugging me... (In the paper the next day): A motorcycle had crashed into a building because of brake failure. 2 people were on it, but only 1 survived. The truth was that halfway down the road, the guy realized that his brakes broke down, but he didn't want to let the girl know. Instead, he had her say she loved him & felt her hug 1 last time, then had her wear his helmet so that she would live even though it meant that he would die. Would you do this for someone??
